Not quite in the diet but a sort of Day one:

Brunch:

100 calories worth of cabbage, carrots, broccoli and the like in canola oil (since I've ran out of olive oil) with a hint of truffle salt and garlic salt.

Didn't finish but ate most of.

A mandarin: two bites, was too soft.

A cup of milk.

4 squares of dove dark chocolate.
